Service-oriented architecture (SOA) has been a framework for technology during the development of software products and information systems building in recent years. Currently, in China's Financial, Telecommunications, E-government, E-commerce, Tobacco, Iron and steel manufacturing, Health care and other industries have successful applications. It has been one of the important technical support in China's information construction, also the best method of implementation of our software services --SaaS model. We set up Internet Standard Open Lab ( ISOL) early 2007. It researched SOA, P2P, file format, such as the new technology supporting the development of Internet, and actively explored the standardization of the new working mechanisms and services.
