September 5th, 2008 the International Standardization Open Library (ISOL) of China Electronic Standardization Institute (CESI) holds the seminar of SOA standard in commercial industry with China Commercial Electronic Corporation. The representatives of Primeton, Tongtech, Chinasoft, IBM and Logistics Command College which are the main cooperative units of ISOL also attend the seminar. Nowadays SOA which is the development trend of the construction of IT system is widely adopted in many industries in our country as representative to commercial industry. However, the lack of standard troubles the application of SOA in every industry. CESI ISOL which is responsible for the research of SOA relative national standards in our country has started the work of relative research, establishment and application of SOA standard since 2007 and have completed “the System of SOA Standard”“SOA Users Guide” and so on. On the basis of this, ISOL have communicated with CFSTC several times. The deputy secretary-general of CFSTC Li Shuguang who is also the director of Standard Department of China Commercial Electronic Corporation thinks that SOA relative standards in commercial industry which is supposed to be an urgent work would like to cooperate with CESI ISOL basing on the technology of SOA national standard in order to establish the system of SOA in commercial industry. So ISOL organizes those corporations of commercial industry which have experience in the application of SOA and those users representatives of other industries to hold the first seminar of SOA standard. CESI is the Secretariat units of National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee(Short title “NITS”)£¬China's financial electronic companies is the Secretariat units of China's financial Standardization Technical Committee(Short title “CFSTC”),The two were responsible for development and promotion of national and industry standardization of Information technology and financial fields.The meeting jointly held, that has great significance regardingFurther fall, application and promotion of SOAstandards. In the conference, IBM China R&D center chief information system architecture consultant Dr. Zhong Tian”¢Inspur Software vice Chaohui Cheng”¢Tongtech chief technology officer Chunqing Li introduced the implementation and standardizes exprience in our country People's Bank and every Commercial Bank on the industry behalf, and indicated that they hope to contribute to the building of finance industry standard. ISOL SOA domain leader Yuan Yuan introduced our country SOA standard system first step plan at present and and the progress of the various standard. When talking about the work thought of the finance SOA standard, ISOL leader Dr. Nan Ma indicated that ISOL is in charge of SOA technology basis national standard works, and ISOL would argue strongly to supply technology ready for CFSTC. In the discussing phrase, the commanding academy deputy director Yun Yang and other experts also respectively gave some useful suggestion to the finance industry SOA standard building.
